How To Book

There is sleeping for up to 3 people based
on 1 double bed in main bedroom, 1 single bed (full length x
2' 6" wide) which is in the 2nd bedroom.
-
There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge
for the occasional 2 additional persons - please confirm if
required in advance so that bedding can be provided.
-
Prices are for the cottage (up to 3 persons)
and supercedes all previous price lists
-
A supplement of £20 applies to
accommodate more than 3 persons - this is to cover additional
cleaning, laundering and general wear and tear.

Dates are week commencing the Saturday or
the period including the Saturday.

Prices for full weeks are Saturday - Saturday

BUT we are very flexible and we will
be pleased to discuss your requirements - contact us anytime
between 8.00am and 10.00pm.

How to Check Dates and then Book your Holiday

Check for availability of your dates
or to find out more, phone Pam Livesley on 0115 9225582

enquiry
form or reservation form.

Once we have confirmed your requirements
and that the dates are definitely available complete the
booking form (print it
out or we can send a copy through the post on request -
booking form
alt.version).

Your dates will be held provisionally
(usually 7 days) until we receive the completed booking form
and deposit of £50 per week (or part week).

Please make cheques payable to Pam
Livesley and post to:-
Pam Livesley, 136 Hillside Road, Bramcote, Nottingham,
NG9 3BD.

We will then confirm the booking to you
in writing.

The final balance should be settled one
month prior to rental period.
Please note:-

You may arrive anytime after 4.00pm on the
day of arrival and vacating by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Bedding is provided but guests must supply
their own towels - on specific request towels can be provided
at a cost of £5 per person per week.

We have an informal arrangement with a car park adjacent to
the cottage for off-road parking. If the management of this
car park suddenly changes or the car park is full then there
is usually easy on-road parking close to the cottage - the
cottage is located on a quiet "access only" road.

Even though we love animals - no
pets

Strictly NO SMOKING in the cottage

Unfortunately due to its age the property
is not suitable for people with certain disabilities - please
read our access
statement and contact us if would like to discuss your requirements.

If the dates you require are available
then you can reserve the dates - we
will contact you to sort out details and payment.
